Top Crossing
The Top Crossing wines have been created as elegant easy drinking wines to be enjoyed as a stand alone wine or matched with a range of foods. Both the Top Crossing Red and Top Crossing White are fresh, fruit driven styles with character and finesse, a trademark of Boggy Creek Vineyards. To order visit the online shop.
The label for the wines is an extract from a painting by renowned King Valley artist Anita Lawrence. Anita captures the colour and style of the King Valley in her naive style of painting which fits so well with the style of the Top Crossing wines. Well above Lake William Hovell on the bank of the King River is a cattleman's hut known as Top Crossing which is a retreat for campers, fishermen and walkers in the Alpine National Park. This hut, Anita's artwork and Boggy Creek come together with these two enjoyable wines which capture the elements of the stunning King Valley region.

During a recent tasting in cellar door with a group one turned around and announced "I have just fugured out what your logo is!" She then went on to say that it is one of her hobbies while visiting cellar doors, try and figure out what the logo means or signifies. So we thought we would share it with those who do not know as you can literally see it from the view in cellar door.
The longer indented line in the middle is the undulating hills, the top curved line is the sun, the 3 shorter lines are the vines that grow on the hill (Shiraz and Sangiovese to be exact) and where the words "Boggy Creek" are, shows where the river runs at the bottom of the hill.
Now you know all about it you can see if for yourself on your visit to our cellar door.
